What are your office hours?
Our office hours are from Mon-Saturday 10 am to 6.00 pm.
THURSDAYS ONLY 10 am to 5 pm.
How do I order from The Natural Flooring Warehouse?
You can place your order by telephone on (0116) 288 6614, during office hours or you can email us at info@naturalflooringwarehouse.co.uk
When will I receive my order?
Normally you will receive your order within 48 hours of the order being placed. If for any reason we cannot meet this deadline, you will be informed straight away. All delivery dates are confirmed by telephone or email.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery on orders over £1000.00 plus vat to mainland UK addresses; however a surcharge may apply to adresses in Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and The Channel Islands. Deliveries are between 8am and 6pm.
Do your prices include VAT?
No, all of our prices are exclusive of vat.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Cleared cheque, Fax, Post or Telephone. Secure online payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard Switch/UK Maestro, Visa Delta and Solo, however this service has been temporarily removed. We use SagePay, formerly called Protx for all our online transactions.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you'll need to contact us straightaway on 0116 288 6614 or by Fax on 0116 288 8439. If the product has been despatched, you will need to arrange for the return back to us at your cost. Orders not despatched do not carry a cancellation charge unless they where cut to size or specially ordered.
What is your returns policy?
Natural Flooring Warehouse Ltd will accept the return of whole orders (except special orders) within 7 days of receipt not including day of delivery. You will need to return the goods to us in the same condition as when they arrived. On receiving the goods we will issue a refund. This will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods. You MUST have a return authorization number. All returns without an authorization number will be refused.
What if my order is damaged?
Please check your order carefully BEFORE you sign for it. We will NOT accept a claim for damages or shortages if it is NOT noted at the time of delivery. If a manufacturers defect is found at the time of delivery please contact us immediately.
How will you use my personal details?
We have a strict policy of keeping all customer information entirely confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third party.
Can I buy product samples?
We recommend that you obtain a sample of the product, prior to purchasing. Sample packs can be purchased via the website.
